We review your completed competency-based application form and provide written feedback on the quality of your answers to the competency and motivational fit questions.
We examine the job description and competency definitions to ascertain how effective your current answers are in targeting the requirements of the role.
We prepare a detailed document with suggested changes and amendments to your answers. This document can then be used by you to amend your online application form.
We request that you upload (via our Contact Us section) your draft completed application form and a copy of the job description. Payment is requested prior to starting work on the application form and can be made via our online facility.
Following receipt of payment, we then review your completed competency-based application form and examine the job description and competency definitions to ascertain how effective your current answers are in targeting the requirements of the role.
Your form is reviewed by a career management expert who has reviewed and provided feedback on 100s of application forms over the past few years. We provide written feedback on the quality of your answers to these competency and motivational fit questions. We prepare a detailed document with suggested changes and amendments to your answers. We email this document to you and this document can then be used by you to amend your online application form.

It was my first time completing a competency application form and I was not sure my answers were good enough or clear enough. The first thing that impressed me about Hilt was their efficiency. I had a relatively short timeframe to complete an application form and the minute I contacted Hilt they gave me a date by which I had to submit “my best attempt” (even that phrase alone made me feel more at ease). They also gave me a turnaround date – only a day – for when they would have the application form back to me with feedback. I was very happy with the level of feedback. Sinead opened up my eyes to areas of the application where I hadn’t adequately developed my responses and also to areas which really weren’t relevant. She also helped identify key strengths and achievements which I hadn’t given enough prominence to.
