Following receipt of payment, we then review your completed competency-based application form and examine the job description and competency definitions to ascertain how effective your current answers are in targeting the requirements of the role.
Your form is reviewed by a career management expert who has reviewed and provided feedback on 100s of application forms over the past few years. We provide written feedback on the quality of your answers to these competency and motivational fit questions. We prepare a detailed document with suggested changes and amendments to your answers. We email this document to you and this document can then be used by you to amend your online application form.
